Gentle Chair Yoga – West

Do you often feel tense? Has it become difficult to bend down and tie your shoes due to stiff joints? Are you often worried about falling? Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits include but are not limited to improved flexibility & balance, better concentration, increased strength, better breathing habits, & reduced stress and joint strain. I’ve learned the term “yoga” can be intimidating, think of this class as simply moving your body with your breath. I hope these classes will allow you to find more space in your sewing chair and bring you practice home! Click here for waiver form (it can be filled out the day of)
