Gentle Chair Yoga – West

Feel tense, is it difficult to bend down, or are you worried about falling down? Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or balancing for support. Some benefits include improved flexibility, balance, concentration, strength, breathing habits, stress levels, and joint strain.
